Process 1 (WFH):Engage in the International banking process.
Resolve customer queries through voice and chat support.
Handle dynamic situations with a composed approach.
Initially work from home; possibility of future office shifts.
Process 2:
1 to 3 months office work then WFH.
Assist Deaf and Mute Customers by verbalizing and captioning responses.
