Roles and Responsibilities:

Chat Support/WebChat:

Respond promptly to emails and chats.

Aid customers in service or feature modifications on their accounts.

Open trouble tickets for service-related issues.

Analyze and diagnose technical problems.

Provide status updates on existing trouble tickets.

Escalate customer complaints as per company policies.

International Voice:

Make outbound calls to address queries in the user journey.

Efficiently respond and explain possible solutions to users.

Engage in active listening, confirm information, and handle difficult situations.

Aim to meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics consistently.

Research Intern:

Define research problems and devise suitable solutions.

Develop prototype solutions using industry-scale data.

Publish papers in prestigious conferences and journals.

Conduct thorough literature surveys and identify opportunities and challenges.

Execute proofs of concept and contribute to product development.

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in industrial research.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay:

Chat Support/WebChat, Research Intern posts: Rs 21,600 - 29,160 per month.

International Voice Agent: Approximately Rs 28,300 per month.

Eligibility Criteria:

Research Intern: Graduate degree in any discipline.

International Voice/Webchat/Chat Support: Graduate degree with a minimum one-year experience.


Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong customer advocacy and understanding.

Preferred telecom domain knowledge.

Proficient typing skills.

Selection Process:

Candidates will undergo shortlisting/assessment tests followed by telephonic or field interviews.
