Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day reactive issues via customer email and chat channels.

Conducting outreach when necessary, including phone communication .


Operating within defined processes and adhering to SLA outlook issue processes.


Advising sellers and account managers on defect review/removal, technical and product issues, and policy-related matters affecting sales growth .


Resolving eBay-specific impediments for merchant growth and sales.


Collaborating with internal partners, advisors, policy makers, and technical teams for swift issue resolution.


Cultivating trust between eBay and customers while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.


Sharing timely findings with assistant managers and the team.


Demonstrating empathy towards customer concerns and exhibiting a dedicated ownership approach until resolution.


Handling escalated complex cases and sharing insights with the team during daily huddles.


Summarizing and providing customer feedback to management.
