Invoice processing involving 2 way & 3 way matching.
Vendor setup/modification for existing vendors.
Payment Scheduling and monitoring.
AP Close/Schedule activity.
Efficient query management and resolution according to defined processes.
Escalation of issues to the supervisor if they cannot be handled independently.
Preparation of process-related Transportation of tasks such as handling escalated queries.
Resolving queries with inter-team dependencies, such as Invoice Status and Payments.
