Coordinate with multiple teams to address provisioning-related issues effectively.

Support 24x7 shift activities with adaptability and flexibility.

Assist team members in resolving technical challenges, sharing knowledge, and adhering to quality processes to achieve objectives.

Configure services primarily on SDH Devices (ECI/Tejas/Huawei/Ciena) and MPLS-TP devices (CIENA/HUAWEI), along with OTN Configuration.

Execute migrations and change managements for existing customer circuits during critical planned events/downtimes, ensuring timely completion of activities.
