Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service via web-chat and email platforms.

Address inquiries in adherence to quality and performance standards.

Identify and escalate priority emails to the appropriate channels.

Professionally handle customer complaints, aiming for successful resolution within established guidelines.

Accurately document customer transactions and information in designated systems.

Collaborate with colleagues, team leads, and other departments as necessary.

Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and patience towards customer needs.

Provide accurate information to clients, maintaining detailed records of actions taken.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of systems to provide accurate information to customers.

Continuously learn and retain knowledge of existing and new processes and procedures.

Attend scheduled team meetings and additional training sessions.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree holder.

Minimum age of 18 years with no upper age limit specified.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and enunciation.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using phone systems and personal computers.

Flexibility to work various shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Basic mathematical skills.

Successful completion of any required background checks.

Capability to interact effectively with diverse individuals within the organization.


Pay Scale/CTC: approximately Rs 29,160 per month, equating to around 3.5 lakhs per year.
