Pay Scale/CTC:The Rs 29,160, totaling around 3.5 lakhs per year. 

Age requirement: At least 18 years old with no upper age limit specified by CashKaro

Qualifications:Minimum of 12th pass or any graduate degree

Experience Requirements:Freshers and experienced Both apply 


Responsibilities:

Handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions across various communication channels (email, chat, calls, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.).

Collaborating cross-functionally to address customer issues effectively.
